Eau Claire Festivals fill the calendar spring to fall. Small, large, or somewhere in between, there's sure to be one that's just right for you.

My favorite festivals have art -- whether it's Chalk Fest in downtown Eau Claire or the Open Air Festival of the Arts at Phoenix Park. These are the ones I really love. You'll see firsthand how many talented artists we have in the area (there's a lot).

Eau Claire and the surrounding area are also home to some great music fests. Want to listen to national music groups? These are for you. Country Jam, Rock Jam, and Country Fest -- Each one has multiple days and multiple acts. You can party all weekend.

I really love the smaller music festivals, though. Phoenix Park has music all summer. So does Owen Park near Water Street.

Our Farmer's Market is like a mini-festival in the summer. Fresh veggies and fruits sit side-by-side with flowers. You'll also find local artists and food vendors. If you want to eat really well, stop at the Farmer's Market.

Love crafting? Check out Festival in the Pines. They've got lots of craft items and jewelry -- they've even got stuff for the kids. You'll also find local artists showing off their wares here.

Summerfest will find you downtown checking out vintage cars and letting the kids play on the games. There's lots of music, too.

Eau Claire's International Fall Festival showcases our many cultures. There's a parade, dance shows, music and more!

Don't forget the Chippewa Valley Renaissance Faire. Watch the jousters, shop the shops, check out the forge -- or just grab a turkey leg.
