It's more than just books. The Eau Claire Public Library has books (of course), movies, kid's events, art displays and other fun stuff happening. Plus, you can order your books on-line!

The MORE library (on-line) fast-forwards all your book hunting. With a few clicks, you can find out if the library has a book. A few more clicks and you can have it dropped off at your nearest library.

Besides all that, the on-line library holds excellent historical documents just waiting for you to peruse. Read books written in the 1800's -- all about Eau Claire and the early logging days. It's awesome!

So -- after all that -- you can hunt for books. You can also show up just to check out the art displays. Always free, they let you know on-line (again) just what they're displaying, so you can make sure to check out the excellent art.

In the lower level there's parking, but there's also extra rooms. The teens might have a video game competition. There might be a poetry reading. You just never know -- again, check out the calendar.
