Green Bay, Wisconsin is home of the Packers and the Lambeau Leap. Lambeau Field is so legendary, they sold chunks of the 'frozen tundra' to fund the new remodel.
In Eau Claire, I've seen entire front lawns done up in green and gold. Packer jerseys worn to work, the grocery store (daughter's baptisms?). You can tell when fever is high -- it's a ghost town on game day.
