Food, movies, and tons of shopping -- this mall has it. They've even got a place to let the tiny tots run off the energy. You can find just about anything at the mall -- if you know where to look.

Around Oakwood Mall, there's tons more stores, restaurants, and fun things to do. When you've got your day to shop, you'll want to go straight to the best.

Shopping

Macy's, Sears, JC Penny's, and Scheels are the anchor stores. In the mall, there's a huge variety -- something for everyone. Check out the mall website if you want a list of every store. Here's some of my favorites...

Macy's -- It's always fun to shop here. Shoes, jewelry, or whatever. I bought my wool coat here -- great selection.

Younker's -- This is where I bought my winter scarf. It's also where I check out jewelry, purses, and hats. Clothes? Yep, that, too.

Silver & Stones -- Not only do they have beautiful sterling jewelry, but they've got the best selection for men's necklaces I've seen.

The Kitchen Collection -- This is where I go for cookie scoopers and all those hard-to-find items for the kitchen.

Restaurants

In the Mall, you've got TGI Friday's. On the very end, there's Grizzly's.

At Café Court, choose from Italian, Japanese, Mexican, or just make a dive for the coffee shop.

Movies

Carmike Cinemas has 12 movie screens. Even so, the big movies can get big lines. Get there a little early.
